The updated DPR has been approve by YEIDA. The government of Uttar Pradesh has been task with final clearance of this report.

The committee will choose the Heritage City project’s development strategy following approval. The Authority has been present with two possibilities by the consulting firm. A single developer will receive the whole 750 acres of land under the first option. The project would thereafter be construct by this developer in stages in accordance with the authorize plan. As an alternative, option two calls for distributing the land among several businesses.
