RERA Fees in Assam

Depending on whether a project is residential or commercial, different costs apply. Understanding the costs associated with commercial projects, real estate brokers, and real estate developers is crucial.

 

For developers of real estate

  • Less than 1,000 square metres of the project: Rs. 5 per sq. m.
  • Over 1,000 square metres of the project: Rs. 10 per square metre.
  • The price, however, is restricted to a maximum of Rs 5,00,000.

 

For Commercial Projects:

  • Commercial projects with an area under 1,000 square metres (including residential and commercial units): Rs. 10 per square metre.
  • Over 1,000 square metres: Rs. 15 per square metre.
  • The price, however, is restricted to a maximum of Rs 7,00,000.
  • Less than 1,000 square metres of the project: 20 rupees per square metre.
  • Project area beyond the stated limit: 25 rupees per square metre.
  • The cost is restrict to a limit of Rs 10,000, though.
