  • the original version of the response provided to a Talati assignment
  • Certified copy of zoning certificate
  • Tracing copy of a land map
  • A true copy of a contract or deed between the buyer and the seller (if any)
  • Certified Kulmukhtyarnama copy (if the applicant is a Kulmukhtyar)
