Navi Mumbai Coastal Road: Impact on real estate

In order to link the future Navi Mumbai International Airport to the remainder of Navi Mumbai, the Ulwe Coastal Road project is necessary. Important locations as the International Corporate Park & the passenger water terminal in Nerul will also be connected by the road.
When the road is finished, it will make Navi Mumbai more accessible, which will change the area’s real estate market. The project, which would completely change Navi Mumbai’s development, was just approved and should be completed in between two and three years.
