Submit the application following the payment.<\/h2>\n
English or Hindi can be use to submit an RTI. Asking inquiries about just one topic is advise. If a candidate includes multiple questions in a single RTI application, there is a high risk of rejection.<\/p>\n
The Public Information Officer (PIO) receives the submitted application and is responsible for responding to the filed RTI within 30 days of receiving it. A first appeal may be filed under the RTI Act if the petitioner does not hear back from the application within 30 days.<\/p>\n
