Thane SIT is investigating the KDMC RERA certificate fraud and has frozen the bank accounts of 65 developers.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

KDMC Will Demolish 65 Projects :<\/strong> All illegal constructions built by the 65 builders charged in the RERA certificate scam will be demolish by the Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC). KDMC has already served notices on these developers to submit documents regarding the illegal constructions within 15 days.<\/p>\n

“We have primarily served notices on builders. As we intend to demolish those found to be illegal.” The notices have been serve, and the builders have been given 15 days to submit the documents. Otherwise, the building will be declare unauthorise and demolish.”<\/p>\n

KDMC Will Demolish 65 Projects\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

KDMC Will Demolish 65 Projects :\u00a0 KDMC commissioner Bhausaheb Dangade as saying. Dangade claims that 65 builders have 65 projects in KDMC for which they obtained Maha RERA certificates by submitting forged documents. KDMC is also investigating whether any additional projects have been develope illegally. In addition, investigations are underway to determine whether these structures were built on government property.<\/p>\n

Thane’s Special Investigating Team (SIT) is investigating the KDMC RERA certificate scam and has frozen the 65 developers’ bank accounts. They are also analysing scam details to determine the scope of the RERA certificate scam.<\/p>\n

According to a SIT officer, “the landowner, the developer. The customer, and the stakeholders are all involve in this scam.” We are investigating all aspects of this scam in order to learn more about it and determine whether any influential people are involve.”<\/p>\n

After city-based architect Sandeep Patil filed a PIL in the Bombay High Court in 2021. The KDMC RERA certificate scam came to light.<\/p>\n
