For the remaining payment of the apartments due on December 30, 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>NCRDC\u2019s order<\/h2>\n<p>According to the NCDRC&#8217;s order, the complainant submitted a complaint with MahaRERA on August 21, 2020, asking for a refund. However the complain was later dismiss on June 27, 2022.\u00a0 The complaint had appeals before the appellate authority on the basis of this order, which are still pending. In September 2022, the complaint went to the NCDRC and complained about the developer&#8217;s alleged lack of service.
