CONSTRUCTION WORK

Foundation shall be casted until the hard strata and after checking the soil bearing capacity of the soil due measures shall be taken to avoid water logging by elevating the society ground and giving it proper slope 2 feet from south point with reference to road or as decided by the RCC consultant. STRUCUTRE:

(iv) All internal walls with gypsum plaster work on the block outface and finished with paint. All external wall with thick wire mesh, sand faced finish plaster and with water proofing compound painted with Acrylic anti-fungal paint.

(v) Before commencing work society boundaries shall be covered with G.I sheets for safety of neighboring societies.

(vi) The height of the floor shall be 9‘ 6? (counted from slab top to slab top) or 9‘ from finished floor level to ceiling.

COMPOUND WALL

(i) An elegant stone compound wall with good design above plaster with decorative main entrance gate of sliding grill gates and pillar to be covered with attractive granite stone.

(ii) Aesthetically looking light fixtures shall be provided at proper distance all around the compound wall.
