Kharghar Navi mumbai is a well developed node under CIDCO,  Navi Mumbai and falls under Raigad district. This area had started developing in 1995 and has an estimated population of 85,000 and above so far  Kharghar new mumbai measures about 4200 acres. It is the fourth node from panvel.

Navi Mumbai Metro is still under construction which had commenced by 2011 and is expected to be operational by 2017 year end.

4 Navi Mumbai International Airport:

The project which will come up on 1,160 hectares of land is soon to be expected to commence its first out of four phase construction before the end of 2018 which would eventually end up with an annual capacity of 10 million floating passenger per year. Post completion 60 million passengers are to be expected per year.
