Kopar Khairane City is the second node from Turbhe on T.T.C line. It falls close to vashi. This city has recently developed and has an average population of 10,00,000 public. I is a reclaimed land developed by CIDCO. Koparkhairne is so far developed that offers a wide range of residential property and commercial properties here.

OVERVIEW

Koparkhairne has a good literate crowd and is more of an independent township today mostly it is self sustainable neighbourhood. It has its own railway station and bus stations. Kopar Khairane City Which has divided the load travelling towards vashi for transportation. Its also a peaceful place when compared to road traffic and since it is recently developed it has wide roads and decent apartment structures. Koparkhairne has not much reputed educational institutions because vashi  being in its close proximity has got more than reputed schools requires. As such mostly students travel towards vashi. Kopar Khairane City and vashi are dominated by Christian missionary schools and thus this makes the educational quality very higher here.

2. ROADWAYS:

buses of navimumbai are available from Chembur to Kopar Khairane , Sion Station, Dadar Station, Worli Station, Ghatkopar Station, Mulund Station, Bhandup Station, Powai Station, Dindoshi Station and Borivali Station. buses of NMMT are available from Kopar Khairane Station  to Thane Station, Dombivali Station, Kalyan Station, Uran Station, Taloja Station, Panvel Station, Chembur Station, Sion Station, Dadar Station, Navi mumbai KoparKhairane City Worli Station, Mulund Station, Powai Station, Andheri and Borivali Station.  buses of NMMT AC Volvo are available from Kopar Khairane Station to Dadar Station, Worli Station , Powai Station , Borivali and Kalyan Station .

SIGHT-SEEING:

No natural sight visits are available here. one can go to mini-sea-shore at vashi and malls thereafter. Since there is lot of development in vashi the public finds it easier to commute to vashi for entertainment. Other than that there are smaller shopping complex and markets and multiplexes within Koparkhairne. There are also temples and lakes, Parks and gardens at a good level observed here.

REAL ESTATE:

Real estate price in koparkhairne has risen up within the past 5 years at peak level. One can invest on both residential and commercial properties. Koparkhairne has less of industrial land thus escaping out of MIDC zone. Property rates here ranges between Rs. 8,077/- to Rs. 12,311/- per sq.ft. one can invest on residential properties rather than commercial here.
