The Mumbai-based Marathon Group announced the launch of Phase II in its Panvel project – Nexzone Marathon

Phase II of their flagship township project, Marathon Nexzone, has been launched by the Marathon Group in Panvel.

Phase II will have four 33-story towers each with 20,000 sq ft of retail space and plenty of podium amenities.

It will have a choice of 1BHK, 2 BHK, Flat in marathon nexzone homes, with prices starting with the 1BHK Rs 44 Lac and the 2BHK Rs 62.5 Lac.

The Marathon Group is building the first two-phase II towers at Nexzone – Daffodil and Cedar.

Speaking of the launch, Marathon Group director Samyag Shah said, “With Phase II, we are looking to complete the picture, bringing in 1BHK at Nexzone.

This has been one feedback we have received from our clients and channel partners alike since our launch.

This planned 70 km railway line will be the city’s largest rail expansion project, providing excellent connectivity to both Panvel and Vasai. Nexzone is located 15 minutes from Panvel station.

 

g. Virar-Alibaug Multi modal Corridor:

This 126 km long project runs very close to Nexzone and comprises pedestrian and bicycle roads, metro, bus lanes and greenways. This runs from Virar to Alibaug all the way and is scheduled to be a major development boost.

 

h. Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA):

Approximately 370 sq km of land around the new airport has been designated as NAINA, which demarcates hubs for agriculture, education, industry, information technology, utilities, medical treatment etc. This will alter the face of the whole Nexzone field.
