A request under the Right to Information (RTI) Act may be made for this. Being a government organisation, the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) is covered by the RTI Act, and information can be requested on issues relating to the authority’s operation as well as the registered projects, builders, and agents. The process of submitting an RTI in the case of RERA is simple, but there are several guidelines established by the RTI Act –

How to submit an RTI request under RERA
Make a request on the website.
The official website must be accessed in order to submit an RTI query.
You will be taken to a page providing “Guidelines for filing an RTI online” after selecting the “Submit Request” option. Select the “I have read and understand the above guidelines” checked, then press the “Submit” button.
Complete the RTI request form online.
You are now being directed to the page for the online RTI request form, where you must choose the ministry or department to which you want to submit an RTI.
Select the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for the real estate sector. You can look for information about a number of government initiatives, such as RERA, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), the Smart Cities Mission, and other growth initiatives. Additionally, copies of government permissions such as the occupancy certificate and graduation certificate are available.
Include personal information
It is required to provide personal information, including Name, Gender, Address, & Contact Information, which includes a Mobile Number & Email Address. You will get an SMS alert when you enter the mobile number.
If a candidate falls under the BPL category
You must submit a supporting document if you fall under the BPL classification.
Note: Applicants in the BPL category are not required to pay the RTI fee.
Currently, an application’s text cannot be longer than 3,000 characters; if it does, the applicant will need to send a supporting document as an attachment.
A distinctive registration number
When an application is submitted, a special registration number is generated that can be used to check on the progress of the application later.
Pay the invoice.
You will be sent to the “Make Payment” page after completing the first page, where you must make a transaction for Rs 10 to cover the RTI charge.

Submit the application following the payment.
English or Hindi can be use to submit an RTI. Asking inquiries about just one topic is advise. If a candidate includes multiple questions in a single RTI application, there is a high risk of rejection.
The Public Information Officer (PIO) receives the submitted application and is responsible for responding to the filed RTI within 30 days of receiving it. A first appeal may be filed under the RTI Act if the petitioner does not hear back from the application within 30 days.
