The Maharashtra government has formed a four-member expert committee to streamline real estate processes in Navi Mumbai.

The committee, comprised of members from real estate bodies such as CIDCO and CREDAI-MCHI-BANM. Will handle development-related issues and propose solutions to any problems in real estate-related infrastructure development.

Remember that CIDCO is responsible for a number of mega infrastructure projects in Navi Mumbai, including the Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Navi Mumbai Metro.
