Modi Will Dedicate Infrastructure Projects : Metro lines 2A and 7 in Mumbai

At roughly 6.30 PM, Modi will officially open the Mumbai Metro train lines 2A and 7, which cost Rs 12,600 crore. He is also anticipated to ride the metro. In 2015, he lay the cornerstone for these metro lines, also known as the 18.6 KM Yellow line and the 16.5 KM Red line.

Additionally, Modi will lay the cornerstone for seven sewage treatment facilities with a total capacity of about 2,460 MLD in Malad, Bhandup. Versova, Ghatkopar, Bandra, Dharavi, and Worli. This project will cost around Rs 17, 200 crore.

The PM will open 20 Hinduhridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Aapla Dawakhana. Which are intended to offer people free access to basic medical care. Additionally, he will lay the cornerstone for the renovation of the Bhandup, Goregaon (West), and Oshiwara hospitals in Mumbai.

More than 1200 KM of the 2050 KM of roads in Mumbai have been or are currently being concreted. Road travel is difficult because of the 850 KM of troublesome remaining roads. In Mumbai, Modi will unveil the 400 KM-long road concretization project, which would cost around Rs 6,100 crore to build. Fast travel and improve security are both guaranteed by the concrete roadways.

Modi will also lay the cornerstone for the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus’ reconstruction. This $1,800 billion project will improve amenities, decongest the southern historical node of the terminal.
